• The full Exhibit Hall is open Monday (March 9) and Tuesday (March 10), but there are also opportunities for exhibitors to engage with attendees on Wednesday (March 11) as well (see below).
  
  
• Wednesday booths are open to a limited number of exhibitors who wish to market their products and services to Wednesday attendees. Wednesday participation can be reserved on a first come, first served basis in January.

Sponsoring an event is a great way to reinforce your company's presence and receive additional exposure at the conference and to all the Ohio HIM professionals through pre-show marketing. Starting at $500, participating in the sponsorship program helps you to increase the visibility of your company's products and services to Ohio's 4000 health information management professionals, along with reinforcing your presence to our conference attendees.
