Optional Wednesday

The full Exhibit Hall closes on Tuesday at the end of lunch. A limited number of exhibitors who wish to market their products and services to 'Coding, CDI & More' attendees will be allowed to stay for Wednesday morning. The number of booths on Wednesday is limited and all are in the hallway since the actual Exhibit Hall room is used for sessions on Wednesday. Wednesday participation can be reserved on a first come, first served basis in January. If the vendor is not already in a hallway booth (hallway booths are 50-64), they will need to move to a new booth location on Tuesday afternoon after the full Exhibit Hall closes. Choice of Wednesday hallway booth is first come, first served on Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Exhibitors can also set up on Wednesday morning before 8:00 AM but limited assistance will be available from OHIMA and venue staff. If you plan on staying for Wednesday and do not wish to move your booth, please select a hallway booth for the duration of the event.

There is no extra fee from OHIMA for staying on Wednesday.



  • Wednesday booths will be located in the hallway and are not pre-assigned. Your choice of booth is first come, first served starting at 5:00 PM on Tuesday. Note that any exhibitors who select hallway booths for their original booth in the Exhibit Hall for Monday/Tuesday do not need to move. 
  • There is no signage on the Wednesday booths so bring your own! 
  • 2 chairs and a 6-foot skirted table will be present. If additional chairs are needed - see a venue staff member.
  • As the event nears, OHIMA staff will communicate where to store your gear while waiting for the 5:00 PM setup time.

 



If you signed up for a raffle announcement on Wednesday, Bethany will come collect your raffle winner during lunch (before 12:30 PM) and post your raffle winner in Whova. We will "announce" raffle winners via Whova on Wednesday (i.e. we will not be coming around with microphone as we did on Monday and Tuesday due to the fact that the second track is going on during this time).   • You may continue using your Whova Lead Retrieval on Wednesday morning.
  • Complimentary breakfast will be available. No boxed lunches are available for exhibitors on Wednesday. 
  • If you are staying through Wednesday, you can keep all your materials together and Fern will collect your items for shipment when they return to tear down the registration at 4:00 pm on Wednesday. Be sure to touch base with Fern on Tuesday if you have shipping needs on Wednesday.
  • There is no evening security on Tuesday night. Please secure valuables.
  • Attendees will continue to play the Exhibit Hall game on Wednesday (there is a condensed version of the game form for "Wednesday only" attendees).
