Booth includes:
- A 7" x 44" company identification sign
- Back and side drapes, a 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and a wastebasket
- FREE Wi-Fi in all Exhibit areas and session rooms
- Evening perimeter security (on Monday evening)
- TWO representatives per booth, this includes:
- Continental breakfast each morning of the show
- Boxed lunches and beverages on Monday and Tuesday (if pre-ordered)
- Food and beverages at afternoon receptions
- Free parking and easy access to the first-floor location of the Exhibit Hall
- Lead Retrieval is INCLUDED through conference app, Whova
*OHIMA25 attendees will navigate the conference using Whova (conference app) for the agenda, exhibit hall directory and map. Whova includes the following for the exhibitor directory:
- Logo, company description, website, contact information
- Opportunity to post video and link to live product demo (optional)
- Opportunity to post handouts, promotional items, and other documents (optional)
- Opportunity to post raffle item and collect raffle entries (optional)
- Chat within booth (continuous monitoring of chat by the exhibitor is NOT required)
- Message and interact with conference attendees within Whova
Pre-show and post-show registrant list to assist with marketing (each list can be used one-time)
Company listing of participation in program brochure (for those who reserve booth by December 16th)
General promotion to 3000+ HIM Professionals in Ohio in conference communications via e-newsletters, social media, website, etc.
