Exhibitor Information - Booth Reservation & Payment

Reserve and pay for your booth in 3 easy steps!  VIEW details of the OHIMA 2024 Trade Show.

View the Exhibit Hall floorplan and choose your desired booth(s). Please note that the booths with company names are not available. Booth prices are color-coded by type (learn more about booth type pricing and what is included in your booth fee HERE).

Complete the Booth Reservation Form indicating your booth preferences. Payment can be submitted via credit card within the form. If your company will be sending a check, please select the Offline Payment option to receive an invoice.

You will receive a confirmation email from OHIMA within 2 business days that your booth reservation has been received. Watch for email communication in January regarding further details such as raffles, exhibitor name badges, lunch orders, etc.
