Exhibitor Information - Sponsorship

Sponsoring an event is a great way to reinforce your company's presence and receive additional exposure at the OHIMA Annual Meeting, website, and in program materials. Starting at $300, participating in the sponsorship program helps you to increase the visibility of your company's products and services to Ohio's 4000 health information management professionals, along with reinforcing your presence to our 900 program attendees.

Sponsorships of $300 or more receive a direct link with company logo from OHIMA's online Exhibitor Directory to your homepage.

Sponsorship Opportunities selections are allocated in order of receipt. If an event is fully sponsored, you will be notified and given the opportunity to select another event or feature.

Fill out the sponsor form. Payment can be submitted via credit card within the form. If your company will be sending a check, please select the Offline Payment option to receive an invoice. Please submit your company logo to [email protected].  You will receive a confirmation email from OHIMA within 2 business days that your sponsorship selection has been confirmed.
