OHIMA25 Vendor Showcase

Want to pitch your products and services at OHIMA25? Consider joining the Vendor Showcase on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 18th (time TBD). The 2025 Vendor Showcase will take place shortly after the Exhibit Hall closes as a stand-alone event (no educational sessions will be happening at this time to ensure more attendees will come and listen to exhibitor pitches). In addition, we will be offering big cash prizes to those in the audience (must be present to win)!

This event will be fast-paced – each exhibitor will have a STRICT 4 minutes to do their pitch so use your time wisely! If you wish to present with a client or do something creative, please do. Depending on how many vendors sign up, there may be several rooms running concurrently with vendor showcase pitches in each. We will publish and communicate with attendees which companies, products and services will be pitched in each room.

There is a limit of slots for exhibitors to pitch (first come, first served); therefore, reserve your spot early! The “price of admission” is $75 for raffle pot (and you must be OHIMA25 exhibitor to participate!).
